What will I get with my order?
Each set includes high-quality ABS bricks designed by Minibrickz® , limited edition stickers that change with the season, and a digital assembly guide to make assembly easy and seamless.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
This depends on your location. Orders processed by us here will reach you within 5-7 business days. Orders shipped internationally may take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you offer custom models?
We are not currently creating custom models. However, we always appreciate suggestions from our community, so feel free to contact us via our social media (@minibrickzlt) or share a photo of the car you want to build. We really appreciate your feedback and ideas!
I can't find the installation instructions:
We provide digital instructions that you can access by scanning the QR code on your packaging. Simply use your smartphone or tablet and scan the QR code to access the digital instructions for your kit.
If you cannot find the QR code or are having difficulty accessing the digital instructions, please send an email to minibrickzlt@gmail.com with your order number and the model you need instructions for. We will be happy to assist you and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Missing/damaged bricks in my Minibrickz® set:
We sincerely apologize if you have encountered any issues with missing or damaged bricks in your Minibrickz set. While this is a rare occurrence, we want to ensure that your building experience is complete and enjoyable. If you believe that bricks are missing or you have found damaged parts, please follow these steps:
- Look through your entire collection.
- If you are sure that parts are missing or you find defects, take screenshots of the instructions and clearly mark the problems or missing parts.
- Please send these photos along with your order number to minibrickzlt@gmail.com . This will help us identify the problem more accurately and speed up the replacement process.
Don't worry, we will quickly investigate the issue and provide the necessary missing or replacement blocks so you can complete your build.
